I can't find the meeting point. What should I do?
 

Contact our emergency contact line, available from 30 minutes before your departure to 18:30, for live assistance in English,                      Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Thai, Vietnamese, and Portuguese.

Can I bring my luggage?


Carry-on luggage is allowed on the bus. Suitcases and other luggage will be stored under the bus. You are allowed a maximum of 2 suitcases (total combined size must not exceed 250cm length x width x height).


Does my trip have a guide ?


For 1-day tours, each trip comes with an English-speaking tour guide. However, please confirm the particular details for each tour within the product description.

LIMON Pass and Golden Route bus rides do not include a guide, and all sightseeing stops are self-guided.



What if I want to cancel my booking?

Please cancel your booking through the "My Booking" page on our website. Please note that there may be a cancellation fee depending on how soon before your trip you cancel. Please make cancellation requests during business hours (Monday-Sunday 10:00-17:00 JST). Cancellation requests made outside of business hours will be processed the following day.

Accessibility
 

I have special dietary restrictions. What should I do?
 

For vegetarian customers, please contact us at least 3 days prior to your departure so that we can accommodate your request. For those booking the Ramen Factory Tour, we require one week of advance notice to accommodate your request. For vegan customers or those who require Halal meals, please understand that we will not be able to fulfill your request. We apologize in advance, and ask you to book an option without lunch.
 

Is this bus wheelchair/stroller accessible?


This bus is not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Foldable strollers are allowed, as they can be stored underneath the bus.
 

Do infants need tickets to ride?


Infants can ride the bus for free and do not require a ticket. However, they will not be provided with a seat or lunch and must sit on the lap of their guardian.


What level of physical activity can be expected?

For 1-day tours, participants should be prepared for a moderate level of walking. We recommend joining if you are comfortable with light physical activities. We also recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing water!
