【Regarding Booking】

Q Didn't receive the email
A Please check the spam mail. If there is no email, please reach out to pass@limontours.jp

Q Cannot Login
A Please check your agent's reference number, or the name. Try to input the name in reverse. If it is still not working, please reach out to pass@limontours.jp

Q Change the itinerary
A You can change it from the login page, or you can contact us through email.

Q Change the departure date
A You cannot change the first day of your departure date. This pass is for consecutive usage, therefore you can choose not to ride the bus, but there will be no refund.

Q Booking cancellation
A Please contact the agent where you made the booking.

Q Can't go to the next page during reservation
A Please choose the bus fleet.



【Regarding the bus】


Q Is it possible to make a seat request?
A Unfortunately, we don't accept seat request.

Q Is there any toilet break?
A Yes, there will be toilet break every 1.5-2 hours.

Q Is luggage / suitcase allowed to bring?
A Carry-on baggage is allowed inside the bus. For suitcase/luggage inside the trunk, maximum 2. (Total of both suitcases length, width, height are 250 cm)

Q Does the driver speak English?
A The driver only speaks Japanese.
